Welcome to mirae.com.bd. By accessing or using our website and services (eligibility evaluation, application management, visa preparation, post‑travel support), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Mirae offers guidance and administrative support for Bangladeshi students who wish to study, live, and build careers in South Korea. Our services include:

  • Eligibility evaluation and university matching.
  • Assistance with application paperwork.
  • Visa documentation and interview preparation.
  • Post‑arrival support (ARC, enrollment, orientation).

We are not a university, government agency, or immigration lawyer. Final admission and visa decisions are made solely by third parties (universities, Korean immigration).

2. No Guarantee of Admission or Visa

While we use reasonable skill and care, we do not guarantee:

  • Admission to any specific university.
  • Approval of a D‑2 study visa, E‑7 work visa, or any immigration status.
  • Scholarship awards or financial outcomes.

You acknowledge that eligibility depends on factors outside our control (e.g., your academic records, Korean language ability, changes in immigration law).

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all documents.
  • Respond promptly to our requests for information or signatures.
  • Pay any third‑party fees (university application fees, visa fees, courier, etc.) directly or as invoiced.
  • Comply with the laws of Bangladesh and South Korea.

You are responsible for any consequences arising from false, incomplete, or delayed information.

4. Fees and Payment

  • Our service fees (if any) will be communicated to you in writing before engagement.
  • Fees are non‑refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.
  • You are responsible for all bank transfer charges, currency conversion fees, and taxes.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site (text, graphics, logos, process descriptions) is owned by Mirae or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our materials without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Mirae’s total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the preceding 6 months.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost tuition, travel costs, visa denial, delayed admission).

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Mirae harmless from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our services.

8. Third‑Party Links and References

Our Site may reference South Korean government programs (e.g., D‑2 to E‑7 pathways). We do not control those external entities and are not responsible for their actions or policy changes.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if:

  • You violate these Terms.
  • You provide false information.
  • We are required to do so by law.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through good‑faith negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the changes.
